Hi, Im Caitlyn, the owner and artist behind the chair at Southern Roots.
For me hair has always been more than a service--it's a form of self-expression, confidence and care. I created this salon suite to be a space where luxury products meet a small-town feel and atmosphere. A space every guest can feel truly understood and heard. Where you can come and expect great results from quality products.
I love all thing color, cutting and extension but also love an elevated Bridal experience as well. With a detail-driven approach and a deep love for achieving quality hair styles that our timeless beautiful and complimentary of you.

While I am always out there continuing my education and learning new techniques, I always focus on a more natural lived in look. The Balayage and Foilage looks are something I have specialized in for the last couple years. I do continue to formulate custom color formulas as well and love the simplicity of these styles. You will leave here with vibrant hair and a plan to keep it vibrant and healthy between visits.
The world of extensions has blown up recently and continues to grow. New methods and styles are produced all the time, it is easy to be overwhelmed. I am currently offering Hand Tied Extensions as well as Tape In Extensions. Extension appointments must first be preceded by a thorough consultation to determine what style works best for you and a perfect color match.
