Canceling/ Rescheduling up to 48 hours from appointment time will result in NO CANCELATION FEE
Canceling/ Rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment time will result in 20% of SCHEDULED SERVICE FEE
Canceling/ Rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment time will result in 50% of SCHEDULED SERVICE FEE
No Showing an appointment will result in 100% of SCHEDULED SERVICE FEE
All Fees are subject to Caitlyn's review, I do understand things come up & emergencies happen and I will take into account your Client History when making the Cancelation Fee decisions, but please understand I do have to protect my business & time.
All Fees must be paid in full before I will accept your next appointment. They can be paid through Venmo or an Invoice can be set out for Card Processing.
